The rice pan is perfect for cooking all kinds of rice like paellas or risottos, seafood, fish, or any other food. Use it to cook any dish with sauce or broth. It can also be used as a griddle.
 
You’ll be able to cook either with the direct heat of the barbecue or the indirect heat if you use the lid.
 
Two rice pans can be used on a Caliu barbecue. In the case of using it with the lid, only one pan fits. At the Caliueta barbecue, we can fit one rice pan.
